Objectives:
- Define, analyse and consolidate user requirements: strategies, updated needs, performance and specs data.
- Update the State of the Art analysis and monitor patents and new technologies.

- Design in detail and develop the project use cases
- Analyse risks and monitor Z-BRE4K strategy implementation
WP2_Operating system and networked machine simulators
Objectives:
- Incorporation of cognitive manufacturing operating system within Z-BRE4K
- Development of Networked Machine Simulators as a basis for accomodating predictive and prescriptive models
- SoN development and interfacing with inspection infrastructure
- CPS-based CM & embedded processing
WP3_Knowledge and Predictive Modeling
Objectives:
- Semantic modelling to empower Knowledge Base System for cognitive manufacturing
- Incorporation of risk analysis, Key Risk Indicators and Failure Mode and Effect Criticality Analysis
- Incorporation of predictive/prescriptive analytics to support decision making and our Z-Strategies
WP4_Design Of Strategies abd Integration Of Intelligence
Objectives:
- Developement of strategies based on real data to improve maintainability and operating life of production systems
- Providing decision support for predictive and JIT maintenance towards operational optimisation
- Retrofitting physical based models of assets
- Interfacing with MES and other higher level management systems
WP5_Integration & Testing - Validation
Objectives:
- Integrate all s/w components and h/w platforms of the Z-BRE4K solution through a predefined integration methodology and schedule
- Define and execute the technology validation plan
- Validate Z-BRE4K solution through pilot demonstration
- Produce the initial validated version of the Z-BRE4K solution for the extended 2nd phase demonstration
- Facilitate transferability and take-up of Z-BRE4K trough the production of a comprehensive white paper
WP6_Demonstration Activities
Objectives:
- Define methodological framework for Z-BRE4K evaluation through extensive demonstration
- Demonstrate the technology readiness level validated ZBRE4K at operational environmentof three complex demonstrators
- Execute valuation Plan, collect demonstration data, synthesise results and draw conclusions
- Perform last system improvements based on demonstration and evaluation conclusions
WP7_Valorization and Market Assessment
Objectives:
- Make Z-BRE4K standards compliant; contribute to standards update and future formulation
- Develop training methodology and assets; engage in internal/external training activities
- Develop roadmap for scale-up, uptake and market replication of Z-BRE4K systems
- Analyse market segments and produce effective costumer adoption plan; reassess business models
- Update and elaborate Z-BRE4K commercialisation plan, elaborate and manage business risks
WP8_Dissemination/Communication/Exploitation
Objectives:
- Develop dissemination assets; raise awareness through engagement in effective outreach activities
- Ensure widespread use of Z-BRE4K within the manufacturing industries and target market segments; maximise exploitation opportunities for partners; establish Joint Venture; and seek for follow-up investments
- Manage Z-BRE4K innovation effectively and take appropriate actions to protect IPR knowledge
