Z-BRE4K in FoF for the Automotive Sector | Brussels
On 27th February 2018, the European Factories of the Future Research Association, EFFRA, hosted the Factories of the Future for the Automotive Sector workshop, which took place at the Maison de l’Automobile, in Brussels.
The aim of the event was to give the opportunity, to the former or running FoF projects in the Automotive Sector, to present and share their results and progress. Furthermore, during the workshop, project presenters and participants had the occasion to discuss on the future challenges and to exchange their ideas and visions.
In this workshop Z-BRE4K presented its architecture and its future applications to the automotive sector, stressing on the need for a predictive maintenance approach on the auto industry to reduce the downtime costs of the production process. The talk was given by the DEM of the project, Enrico Callegati, R&D grants manager at CRIT srl.
The workshop has received a positive feedback from participants with particular regard to the quality of the project presentations.
